Exploring Google Earth #resvt #cesuvt

On Monday, with help from Mrs. Finnegan, second graders had the chance to explore Google Earth. Scholars had to locate their houses and then label them. Once students were able to find and label, they were free to explore other continents. We were able to discover other places around Richmond, the pyramids in Egypt, Japan, Alaska, and many other interesting places around the world! Having scholars be able to locate and label a place on Google Earth is a new technology standard for our social studies curriculum!
