Writer's Workshop #resvt #cesuvt

On Friday, scholars had a wonderful opportunity to be taught a writing mini-lesson from Beth Moore from the Reading and Writing Project based out of Columbia University. Mrs. Moore taught students about writing conclusions to their informational books. She also taught them to look at mentor texts and highlight what the author did that they could try to do in their own writing! It was great to see teachers from around the school district work with small groups of students! Thank you Mrs. Moore for teaching us a mini-lesson about informational books!
