Small Moments #resvt

Second graders are busy focusing on small moments in their first writing unit! Students will be writing and illustrating small moments from their lives. We gave the visual of a watermelon and a seed; the watermelon is an entire day, a whole vacation, the entire soccer game, or a day at school. The seed is the one ride you went on, the fire drill that happened, or the one goal scored. Students will be writing seed (small moment) stories for about six weeks then we will have a publishing party!
