Hola from Mexico! #resvt
We have arrived in Mexico! As part of our social studies unit "It's a Small World: Comparing Cultures" second graders will study various cultures and compare/contrast them with their own. Our first country we are focusing on is Mexico. Students will explore through articles and hands-on experiences the clothing, food, and holidays. In our most recent activity students made paper dolls that displayed traditional Mexican clothing. Ask your student what they know have learned so far about the three different types of Mexican clothing!
